At 10pm on Thursday evening, the police received a report of a disturbance in a residence on Nesodden. – The message was that several boys had sought out an address. A disturbance was reported and that some windows must have been broken, says operations manager Gisle Sveen in the East police district. Soon after, the police received several calls that shots had been heard. – When we arrived at the scene, we were met by a man who appeared offended. He showed an injury that was compatible with him having been hit by a projectile, says the operations manager. The man escaped with minor injuries and has been taken to the emergency department for treatment. Roadblocks set up The police set up roadblocks in several places on Nesodden. A police helicopter and drone were also searched. In addition, they received assistance from patrols from the Oslo police district. – In that connection, there was a car that did not stop for a check. We eventually got the car to stop. In it there were three men whose descriptions matched what we had found at the scene, says Sveen. The three men were arrested and will be questioned. The operations manager does not want to give any more details about the men, beyond the fact that they are reasonably sure that they have arrested the right people. Nor can Sveen say much more about the sequence of events, beyond the fact that a conflict probably arose between the three men and the man in the home.
