5 November 2022 at 14:16 Investigating death at Stord – man arrested The police have arrested a man after a woman in her 50s was found dead in the sea at Nordvik at 06.30 on Saturday. The woman had been reported missing by her family. There were findings at the scene as well as other information which led to a man in his 50s being arrested somewhat later, charged with having left a person in a helpless state, writes Sør-West police district in a press release. – The case is widely investigated, and both forensic investigations and witness interviews are carried out, among other things.
