The club confirms this on Twitter. – Celta has reached an agreement in principle with Rafa Benitez that the Madrid-born coach will lead the team in this special year and two more seasons, writes the club. Benítez has been a football coach since 1995 and has an adventurous career behind him. The Spaniard has managed a whole bunch of clubs, including Valencia, Liverpool, Inter, Napoli, Real Madrid, Newcastle and now most recently Everton in 2022. (NTB)
