NOK 75 billion The government and a majority in the Storting have agreed on a five-year program for aid grants to the war-torn country. Until 2027, Ukraine will receive billions in aid from Norway. The aid must be both military and civilian. The package totals NOK 75 billion, with an annual amount of NOK 15 billion. Broad support There is broad political support in the Storting for the government’s Ukraine package. Several of the party leaders are present when the package is presented from the Storting on Thursday. Raudt has announced that they will not agree to the package that has been submitted. They are therefore not present. Norway will also provide support to countries in the south that are affected by the ripple effects of the war.
