How Much Will Disability Pensions Increase in 2026?
According to the Royal Decree-Law 16/2025, dated December 23, contributory pensions will experience a rise of 2.7%. In contrast, non-contributory pensions and the Minimum Vital Income will increase by 11.4%.

For individuals aged 65:
- With dependent spouse: 1,256.60 euros monthly (17,592.40 euros annually).
- Without dependent spouse: 936.20 euros monthly (13,106.80 euros annually).
- With non-dependent spouse: 888.70 euros monthly (12,441.80 euros annually).
For ages 60 to 64:
- With dependent spouse: 1,256.60 euros monthly (17,592.40 euros annually).
- Without dependent spouse: 875.90 euros monthly (12,262.60 euros annually).
- With non-dependent spouse: 827.90 euros monthly (11,590.60 euros annually).
Due to a common illness under 65:
- With dependent spouse: 690.20 euros monthly (9,662.80 euros annually).
