House prices fell by 0.5 per cent in November, figures from Eiendom Norge show. Adjusted for seasonal variations, prices rose by 0.4 per cent. So far this year, housing prices in Norway have risen by 6.3 per cent. Eiendom Norge says in a press release that we have to go back to the pandemic year 2021 to find the same number of used housing that has been put up for sale. It takes an average of 54 days to sell a house in November, up from 48 days in October.
