3 July 2024 at 10:58 House prices fell 0.2 per cent from May to June In June house prices fell by 0.2 per cent in Norway, and at the end of June the average price for a house was NOK 4,814,968. This is shown by the housing price statistics from Eiendom Norge. Adjusted for seasonal variations, house prices rose by 0.4 per cent. By comparison, house prices rose by 0.9 per cent in May, and 1.2 per cent in April. So far in 2024, housing prices in Norway have risen by 8 per cent. 11,329 homes were sold in June – 0.8 per cent more than in June last year.
