Tim Wold Wessel, duty manager on the 110 station Sør-Est, confirms this to news. The fire brigade from Porsgrunn and Skien are on their way. The police are also on their way to the scene with several units for a rescue operation. For now, the horse must stand on the bottom and the head must be above water. There is a dense snowdrift at the site.
