The police received a report about the accident at 12:30. – There is an elderly man in his 70s who has possibly been hit, says operations manager Roger Mogstad at the police. The police believe the man may have ended up under the tractor while he was working near it. He must have been the driver of the tractor himself. – The patient is undergoing treatment. An air ambulance is on its way to transport the person concerned to the hospital, says Mogstad. He is flown to St. Olav’s hospital by helicopter. According to the police, the man suffered injuries to both his upper body and head, but was conscious when the emergency services arrived at the scene.
