There are therefore two separate mediations in progress because the developments affect two different mountain areas and sides. The first mediation meeting was held on 23 May 2023 in Stjørdal. The reindeer herders at Fosen believe the wind turbines make it difficult to engage in reindeer herding in the area. The affected families have their winter pasture there.
