A new survey from Mental Health Youth shows that more than half of young people between the ages of 16 and 36 have felt lonely during the past 12 months. A quarter say they are lonely often or all the time. But there can be advice! Here are some of the tips @nrknyheter got when we asked our followers for help: Find people who like the same niche as you – Seek out venues to meet people who have the same, perhaps niche, interests as you, says Kasper Eikeland (22) .
