The website states that “Hennig-Olsen Ice is now launching buckets of rich ice cream mixed with the very best from Mondelez in the form of chocolate, caramel, sauces and biscuits.” More and more companies are stopping the sale of Freia products in protest that Freia’s parent company Mondelez has not stopped operations in Russia. Hennig-Olsen Ice has had a partnership with Freia for over thirty years. – We have an ongoing assessment of the case and have a good dialogue with Freia. We await further information, writes Hennig-Olsen. He adds that Freia is a Norwegian brand, with production at Rodeløkka in Oslo. – Freia is not exported to Russia, nor are products produced in Russia sold in Norway.
