17 June 2023 at 19:03 NM week: Superb victories for Kindlihagen and Schröter in bouldering On Saturday, the stage was set for the NM in bouldering as part of the NM week in Trøndelag, where the boulderers had to solve four different routes. Ingrid Kindlihagen from Haugaland Klatrelag made a big impression and took the gold in the women’s class. – It is perfectly delivered for NM gold. She couldn’t have done better, period, says news’s commentator Ole Kristian Stoltenberg after Kindlihagen fought her way up the boulder wall in the decisive round on problem 4. – You just have to bend in the lime dust, says news’s expert commentator Bjørn Sætnan. It is the Haugallander’s first NM gold. – I have quite a few second places, so it’s really fun to finally get it right, says a brilliant winner to news, who thinks her mentality was better this year. Anne Espolin Ackre from Bergen Climbing Club secured second place, while Sunniva Eik Haave from Oslo Climbing Club won bronze. On the men’s side, Thiol Jeldrik Schröter from Kolsås Klatreklubb was superb. Both he and Kindlihagen solved every problem flawlessly. – The whole body language has light control and joy, says news’s commentator Stoltenberg. – It tastes very good, smiles Schröter, who takes his sixth NM gold. Ørjan Rødland Vaage from Haugaland Klatrelag took the silver, while Teodor Kirkebø from Kolsås Klatreklubb came third.
