12 July 2024 at 13:07 Harald Henden will be laid to rest today Press photographer Harald Henden died of pancreatic cancer earlier this month, aged 63. On Friday, he will be buried from Vestre Aker church. Henden was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last autumn, a diagnosis he received after his last reporting trip to Israel. The VG photographer died on 3 July. At the time of his death, Henden had worked for VG since 1987. Throughout the period, he worked to document conflicts and was close to death and suffering around the world. (NTB)
