The publisher also acknowledges that they failed in communication after the book’s publication. – Some of the criticism directed at the publisher’s communication after publication has been justified, and the publisher did not meet this criticism with sufficient seriousness, says director of Gyldendal Litteratur, Ingeborg Volan. – Gyldendal apologizes that we have communicated in a way that has hurt and been a burden to people who have not sought the public light or positions of power, she adds.
