A UTV is a type of off-road vehicle. A boy in his teens has the role of suspect, the police say. – We received the message at 23.50. The girl was sitting on the toboggan, which hit a car when it was towed by the UTV. The extent of her damage is unknown, says operations manager Roger Aaser to news.
