The police first reported a risk of spreading, but the fire brigade got the fire under control. – No injuries have been reported, writes operations manager Jarl Bernhard Nilsen in a press release at 2.58am. The fire brigade has moved into the post-extinguishing phase. At 2.39, Nilsen wrote that the police started evacuating nearby houses. The police have been in contact with the garage’s owner, who confirms that no one is at home in the house it belongs to. The police were notified of the fire at 2.23am.
