22 May 2023 at 00:44 Four space tourists launched from Florida A woman and a man from Saudi Arabia are among four who embarked on a private space journey to the International Space Station ISS on the night of Monday. The two Saudi Arabian astronauts, Rayyanah Barnawi and Ali Al-Qarni, are traveling with former Nasa astronaut Peggy Whitson and American entrepreneur John Shoffner. The four were launched last night from the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral in Florida with the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket. This is the second private space trip to the ISS and the trip is organized by Axiom Space.
