29 September 2022 at 11:11 Cracks found in nursing home at Sandsli Experts are now examining the concrete construction at the Sandsli living and activity center in Bergen. The fire brigade went to the home this morning after an automatic fire alarm was triggered. – There was no fire at the home. It is probably dust from the construction that has triggered the alarm, says duty commander Helge Lund at the 110 central of the fire service. There must be large cracks in both the pillars and the floor. 48 residents have been evacuated from parts of the building. No people are injured. Sandslibo and activity center is Bergen’s largest nursing home, and was opened two years ago.
