A number of popular European destinations will be offered throughout the winter, while only a limited number of domestic routes in Norway will be maintained. The company will gradually increase the offer throughout spring and summer next year, the company writes in a press release. – We are facing a challenging winter where most people have much less to worry about, as a result of a record number of interest rate increases, general high price growth and very high electricity prices. It hits us as an industry and company hard because even fewer people want to travel. Combined with persistently high fuel prices, this means that we are adjusting the route program throughout the winter, says managing director Tonje Wikstrøm Frislid in Flyr. From November to March, Flyr will fly to a number of European cities. They will also fly from Oslo to Bergen and Trondheim. At Christmas time, the end of December, they will set up flights from Oslo to Bodø, Evenes and Tromsø. – We understand that this is frustrating for the guests who now have their journey changed, but everyone who is affected will be contacted directly, given help to either change their journey or get their money back, says Wikstrøm Frislid. Flight route offer from November to March: Oslo – Alicante Oslo – Malaga Oslo – Gran Canaria Oslo – Bergen Oslo – Trondheim Oslo – Barcelona Oslo – Milan Oslo – Brussels Oslo – Paris Oslo – Rome Oslo – Geneva Oslo – Nice Oslo – Salzburg Bergen – Alicante Trondheim – Alicante
