At 0446 the police received a report of a fire in Stokkberga in Stjørdal. There must have been heavy smoke in a three-person home, which is under construction. There should not have been people in the home. The fire brigade is working on the scene. At 0526, the police inform that there is not only smoke, but fire in the building. Just after 6 o’clock, the police inform that there is a strong fire in one apartment in the building and that there is a danger of the fire spreading to the other apartments in the building. There should be no danger of it spreading to other homes, but the police will contact neighbors so that they close the windows.
