All emergency services have responded to a fire near Alexander Kiellandsplass in Oslo. There is a lot of heavy smoke at the site, tweets the Oslo Police District. There is full over-ignition in one or two apartments on the 6th floor. Life-saving efforts are carried out on the spot. The police are now evacuating the residents, the police report at 5.18 p.m.
