Evacuation started – We were the first to arrive at the site, and started evacuating the residents of the building. There was a fire between the second and third floor, but the fire was extinguished quite quickly, says operations manager Roger Mogstad at the police in Trøndelag. He was arrested at 05.40 on suspicion of arson, says Roger Mogstad to news. The operations manager says that ventilation is taking place at the site at 6am, and Mogstad assumes that it will be possible for the residents to move back fairly quickly.
