The fire is on the first floor. The police reported the incident shortly after 11.40pm. The 110 central tweets that evacuation by lift has started, and that the evacuation starts with the third floor. – There is a strong fire in an apartment on the first floor, and we are in the process of evacuating residents in the block, says operations manager Miriam Stausland in the Agder police district to NTB. It is supposed to be a four-storey block of flats with quite a few residents. – There are 18 registered residents in the hallway where the fire started, says Stausland.
