Police and the Fire Service were notified of the fire at 4 o’clock on Thursday morning. They quickly established that there was no one in three of the apartments in the building. The police report at 09.12 that the person in the fourth apartment has also been accounted for. The person is safe and there are no injuries. The police state that they feel reasonably certain that there was no one in the apartment where the fire probably started, but they cannot be sure until they have got hold of the person. There are four municipal apartments in the building, but only one of the apartments is occupied by a person. This is the person the police have not yet come into contact with.
