The woman was remanded in custody for four weeks in the Romerike and Glåmdal district court on Tuesday due to the risk of her returning to her home country. According to the detention order, she had already booked a ticket to her home country, where she has both family and work. Reymert informs NTB on Wednesday that the woman has confessed to being under the influence of drugs, and that the confession sentence of 60 days’ unconditional imprisonment is already ready. Gunhild Lærum, lawyer for the woman, says she sees the sentence as harsh, but that there are strong general preventive considerations in such cases. – It is about being responsible for a plane with up to 140 passengers, and there are several examples of such cases with strict practice, says Lærum.
