The extended charge includes 34 cases where the accused allegedly had sexual intercourse with patients who the police believe were unable to resist the act. The sexual intercourse has been masturbation or movements in a masturbation-like manner contrary to section 292 of the Criminal Code, compare to section 291 on rape, the police write.
