Communications director Elisabeth Skarsbø Moen at Ruter says the company therefore has fewer departures on several routes. – What we have done in terms of measures is to adjust the timetable down, so that we can use the buses we have to serve the routes that come with a slightly less frequent frequency. It is particularly departures in the area around Grorud in Oslo that are affected by this. The passengers will probably have to be patient. – We expect that the bus contract with which we have had the most challenges will run at a lower frequency until Easter. A lower frequency means that there is a longer time between departures, but Moen emphasizes that it is an interval of four to seven minutes.
