Eivind Guldseth says so. He is the police investigation manager in the case at Trøndelag police district. The accused has pleaded not guilty. The extended charge includes 34 cases where the accused allegedly had sexual intercourse with patients who the police believe were unable to resist the act. The sexual intercourse has been masturbation or movements in a masturbation-like manner. Assessing continuously There is still a good deal of investigation to be done in the case. The public prosecutor’s office will continuously assess whether the charge should be further expanded.
