Am Landgericht Berlin ist eine Räumungsklage gegen den Bundesverband der AfD eingegangen. Wie das Gericht am Mittwochmorgen mitteilte, will die Vermieterin erreichen, dass Mietverträge mit der in Teilen rechtsextremen Partei für ein Bürogebäude im Bezirk Reinickendorf aufgehoben werden. Die Verträge seien bereits fristlos gekündigt worden, hieß es.
Auslöser war Party nach Bundestagswahl
Grund für die Klage sind Ereignisse rund um eine Party der Partei nach der Bundestagswahl Ende Februar. Laut der Klage seien stundenlang Zugänge zu dem Gebäude versperrt gewesen, so dass andere Mieter nicht in das Gebäude gelangen konnten. Zudem sei unerlaubt der Innenhof von der AfD besetzt. Auch habe die Partei ihr Logo an die Fassade projiziert, was die Vermieterin zuvor explizit untersagt hatte [taz.de].
Die Klägerin halte eine Fortsetzung des Mietverhältnisses für unzumutbar. Mehrere Medien hatten bereits Ende April über die Klage berichtet. Laut der “Bild”-Zeitung wird der AfD in der Klage unter anderem Hausfriedensbruch vorgeworfen, das Verhältnis wird von der Vermieterin als zerrüttet beschrieben [bild.de].
In dem Gebäude befindet sich auch die Berliner Landesgeschäftsstelle der AfD. Auf Nachfrage von rbb|24 teilte das Gericht mit, dass sich die Klage allein gegen den Bundesverband richte. Anfang Mai wurde die gesamte Partei vom Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz als “gesichert rechtsextremistische Bestrebung” eingestuft. Die AfD versucht dies juristisch zu verhindern und hat einen entsprechenden Eilantrag angestrengt. Der Verfassungsschutz hat eine Stillhaltezusage abgegeben und zugesagt, abzuwarten, bis eine Entscheidung dazu vorliegt [tagesschau.de].
