18 November 2022 at 12:46 Everyone between the ages of 18 and 64 will be offered a refresher dose – Vaccination is still central to dealing with the corona pandemic, writes Health and Care Minister Ingvild Kjerkol (Ap) in a press release. The government now says that all persons between the ages of 18 and 64 without underlying illnesses will be offered a new booster dose of the corona vaccine. From before, people over the age of 65, as well as people younger than 65 who are more exposed to a serious course of illness from covid-19, have been recommended a refresher dose. The government’s decision is based on recommendations from FHI. The vaccine offer also applies to healthcare personnel, and it is the municipalities that organize the vaccination.
