The E6 at the Teigkamp tunnel in Nord-Fron in Innlandet is closed in both directions. A moose is inside the game fence, the Vegtrafikksentralen reports on X. – The Viltnemda is on its way to try to chase the moose back into the forest, they report. Traffic operator in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Tomas Eriksen, tells NTB that the section may be closed for a short period of time. He states that situations like this can take anything from 15 minutes to up to an hour to resolve. Motorists are now being directed via the old E6. The traffic operator says that it may therefore take a little longer to drive the route. – Be aware Earlier in the day, the Swedish Road Traffic Center notified that there were many moose in the roadway on national highway 3 between Stange and Løten in the interior. – Be aware of several moose moving in and near the road. Slow down and drive carefully.
