The police released the names of those killed yesterday. It is known that the accused man in his 40s has a long history from psychiatry. The man has been taken care of by the healthcare system after the incident. – There has apparently been an ongoing and fairly constant contact with the healthcare system ever since he first came into contact with them more than 20 years ago, says Bjørnsen.
