The death is routinely characterized as suspicious. The person was found outdoors. – Due to findings at the site, we have launched an investigation, and are working on several hypotheses. One of them is that the person in question may be exposed to something criminal, operations manager Wenche Johnsen in the Trøndelag police district tells news Etterforsker throughout the night The police have several patrols on site and health assistance. “Criminal technicians from Trøndelag police district are on their way to the scene this evening,” says the operations manager. She adds that the police will be working at the scene throughout the night. Several streets are closed in the area. The person was found close to a residential building, but this is not the home where the deceased lived. Johnsen will not say anything about the gender and age of the deceased nor anything about who reported the discovery.
