According to the plan, new ballot papers with highlighted writing will arrive on Friday 25 August in the advance voting room. In Askøy municipality, 16 parties have entered lists for the election. The municipality writes that the vote of those who have already voted in advance will count as normal. Askøy municipality apologizes for the error on its website. Cumulation is still registered. The Norwegian Electoral Directorate informs news that this is not a common shortcoming, and that it does not affect the allocation of mandates either. – The shortcoming means that the voters who have used the relevant ballot papers have not seen which candidates the individual parties have chosen to give additional votes to.
