Two people are homeless as a result of the fire. The fire was reported at 3.20am after several neighbors contacted the emergency services. The detached house was engulfed in flames when the fire crews arrived, and the house could not be saved. – Several neighboring houses were evacuated and there was a danger of spreading for a while, but the fire crews managed to stop it. The single-family house burned to the ground, operator Marius Waskaas tells NTB at the 110 exchange South East. A car parked outside the house was also lost in the fire. Operations manager Jan Christian Johnsrud in the Søreast police district states that the two residents of the house have received medical attention, one of them is said to have inhaled smoke.
