Danish newspaper: Solskjær turned down talks with Denmark

According to the Danish Tipsbladet, Ole Gunnar Solskjær was contacted by the Danish Football Association about the job of coach for the Danish men’s national team. Tipsbladet further writes that Solskjær is said to have refused to enter into further talks with the association, and that the reason is said to be that he is in negotiations with a large club about a coaching job. Solskjær has been without a coaching job since he was fired at Manchester United towards the end of 2021. Earlier this autumn, Solskjær opened to take over as national team coach for the Norwegian national team, after Ståle Solbakken. Solbakken has signaled that he will retire after the upcoming WC qualification.
