4 July 2023 at 16:37 Critically injured at hotel – man arrested for grievous bodily harm A woman is seriously injured after an incident at a hotel in Bergen, writes the west police district in a press release. The woman has been taken to hospital with critical injuries. The police are in an initial investigation phase and are treating this as a criminal offence. It was the hotel staff who reported the incident. The police have arrested a man at the scene, who, according to initial information, is suspected of having something to do with the act. – He has been arrested for grievous bodily harm, says operations manager at the western police district, Tore-Andre Brakstad. The police have not yet made it clear whether there have been witnesses to the incident itself. The police were notified of the incident via AMK at 3.50pm.
