The person, a man in his 70s, who was on board the sailboat ended up in the sea. – The ferry lit up and observed the person in the water, says operations manager Eivind Hellesund at the West police district. The person was brought on board the ferry, which runs between Halhjem and Sandvikvåg, and is not said to be seriously injured. He is appointed by health personnel. The sailboat should not have had lantern guidance before the collision. The man is also said to have blown over the legal value on a breathalyzer. The police are opening a case on the matter.
