1 February 2024 at 09:03 Closes the jetty in Bodø The Port of Bodø is closing the jetty in Bodø to people with immediate effect, they state in a press release. – There is an extremely high amount of wind in the area, and there is a risk that loose objects can fly through the air, says operations manager at Bodø Harbour, Morten Nydal. The pier is a favorite destination for people in Bodø. Guards are posted to make sure no one defies the barriers. – It is not safe to go beyond the pier in this weather, and we encourage everyone to respect the closure, says Nydal.
