The ship must have had a Liberian flag. According to the Ukrainian military, one person has been killed and four people have been injured. Of the injured, three of them are said to have been Filipino citizens who worked on the ship, and one of them was a dock worker. The ship was on its way to dock in the port city when it was hit by the missile.
