– I had showered and had breakfast before I had to go to work. Then I looked down at the car that I was soon going out for a drive in, and didn’t think anything more about it, says Thorbjørn Nymo. But then the house began to rock, and some strong gusts of wind shook the walls. – And suddenly the car was gone. “What has happened here”, I thought. The storm has fully hit Northern Norway: Folkebladet mentioned the incident first. Thrown far away Nymo, who is the general manager and owner of Bardufoss hotel, lives in Målsnes in Målselv municipality. – At first I wondered if someone had been so idiotic that they had broken in and stolen an old transporter. But not like this. – When I looked up, I saw that the car was on its side down by the main road. – The car has blown around in a pirouette, and then been pushed sideways 10-12 meters down a slope. He contacted NAF, who came quite quickly to turn the car around and put it back in place. – The car doesn’t look good now, the entire right side has been scraped up. But it is drivable, so I don’t have to rent a car.
