Several people have been arrested after the police in Agder yesterday launched a campaign against people who are suspected of being part of a criminal network in Agder. The police report this in a press release. The persons will be produced for detention. – This has been one of the biggest actions we have ever had in Agder. Police from all over Agder have been involved with a significant number of officers, says deputy police chief Morten Sjustøl in the Agder police district. The police will hold a press conference about the action at 09.30 on Wednesday. – The action has no connection with the heightened threat situation in Norway. This is a planned action in connection with an investigation that the police in Agder have been working on over time, says Sjustøl.
