Significant disturbances touched Bouygues, Monday, March 11 in the morning. Putting or receiving calls, sending SMS, or connecting to the Internet was impossible for many customers.
According to DowndeTector sites And Addsl zonewhich list the breakdowns indicated by Internet users, difficulties were reported in the morning on the Bouygues networks, but also to a lesser extent at SFR, Free or Orange. Around 7:30 a.m., the situation was gradually recovering.
The operators have not yet communicated the origin of this failure.
