6 April 2023 at 04:31 Boat fire in Rosendal in Hardanger A 44-foot boat sank after a fire broke out in the engine room while it was docked in Rosendal in Kvinnherad on Thursday night. No injuries have been reported. There was a full fire in the boat when the fire brigade arrived at the marina. There were other boats close by, and the firefighters were able to pull the burning boat out of the inner harbour. Now the fire is out, the boat is back at the quay, but it has sunk and is only hanging by a rope, the 110 central informs. Liners have been laid out to dam up diesel that leaks out. The boat must have around 400 liters of diesel on board.
