1 November 2022 at 20:00 Author Nora Dåsnes won the Nordic Council’s prize for children’s and youth literature The Nordic Council’s prize for children’s and youth literature went to the Norwegian author Nora Dåsnes, for the book “Unanswered Call”. Dåsnes receives the award for a strong, credible and nuanced work about how the terrorist attack on 22 July 2011 affected the whole of Norwegian society, not just those who were in the middle of the drama, says the jury’s assessment of the book.
