“This is not the school trial. »» This assertion resonated, from lawyers to the president, in the courtroom of the Pontoise judicial court where the trial of Pascale B was held on March 10 and 11, a 62 -year -old teacher questioned for “harassment on minor under 15 years of age” to the detriment of three adolescents. Among them, Evaëlle Dupuis, who committed suicide on June 21, 2019 a few months after leaving the Isabelle-Atissier d’Herblay college (Val-d’Oise), where Pascale B. was her French teacher. Evaëlle’s family as well as another teenager and her mother had set up a civil party.
It is not the trial of the school, and yet it is there: it was at school that the facts alleged against the teacher and two adolescents, who should appear for similar facts before the jurisdiction of minors, took place by the end of 2025.
