27 June 2024 at 14:36 Asking for 10 months in prison for Alliance leader The prosecution is asking for 10 months in prison for Alliance leader Hans Jørgen Lysglimt Johansen, where 30 days of the sentence is conditional imprisonment. Lysglimt is charged with hate speech against Muslims, Jews and homosexuals, in the period 2017 to 2021. He is also charged with Nav and insurance fraud. The trial has been going on in the Oslo District Court since Tuesday last week. On Thursday, there will be proceedings from the prosecution and Lysglimt’s defenders.
