The police have cordoned off an area in the center of Hamar following the discovery of an object that could possibly contain explosives. The bomb squad is now on its way from Oslo to secure the object, the police say. – It is most likely that there are no explosive devices left in the part we have found, but it is desirable that it rests until it is secured by the bomb squad and therefore we have cordoned off the area, says operations manager Ove Stian Ovrum to news. The item is under this cardboard box. Photo: Viktoria Hellem-Hansen / news Possibly from the Second World War The police have no information about how the object ended up there.
