The controversial internet personality is now charged with human trafficking and rape, according to Reuters. In addition to Tate, his brother, Tristan, and two Romanian women are charged with having formed a criminal group with the intention of sexually exploiting women. The Tate brothers and the two women have been under house arrest pending trial. All four deny the charges. Tate says prosecutors in Romania have no evidence against him. He himself claims that the case is an attempt to gag him and a conspiracy. According to Romanian police, they have identified seven victims in the assault case.
